Introduction

2026 Softball Registration

The 2026 softball season will be here before we know it! Registration for Ayr Minor Softball is now open for players in all age groups. An Early Bird discount will apply if payment is received before February 8th. For payments after February 8th, regular pricing will apply. Registration closes March 8th, if payment is not received by then, your player's spot cannot be guaranteed.

Essential Information

  • Rep teams - Tryouts were held in the Fall for the U11 and U15 rep teams and have already been established. Please only register for these teams if your player was selected.
  • Payment - Your player's registration is not complete until payment is received. We will keep a team open until we have enough paid players, so if there are only a few spots left on a team, your player may get bumped to the wait list if others sign up and pay prior to you paying.
  • Wait Lists - Players will be assigned to a team when payment is received. When a team is full, any registered players who have not paid will be switched to the wait list until enough players are registered for another team. At that time all registered players will be given an opportunity to join the next team.
  • Same Team Requests - This year we will only be accepting same team requests for the Learn to Play and U7 divisions. To make a request, both parents must email [email protected] to specify the two players being on the same team. Siblings registered in the same division will automatically be placed on the same team for all divisions.

Payment Info

Payment can be made by EFT to [email protected] and include players name and parents name. Please email [email protected] for details or assistance as needed. Payment must be received before your player can participate. Please review the Financial Assistance page if support is needed.

Refunds may be granted prior to the close of registration subject to board approval and a $20 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after registration closes. For any questions or to request a refund, please email [email protected].
